Symoné is Guinness World Record-holding interdisciplinary circus and cabaret performer, with British and American roots.
Symoné's physical practice has a focus on challenging traditional circus and pushing the boundaries of what circus is. She combines bespoke 6" high-heeled roller skating with hula hoops, pole dance, and voguing, creating surreal and high-energy shows.
Since embarking on her artistic journey in 2016 through the Roundhouse, London, Symoné has taken her act to international stages, leaving an indelible mark in 11 different countries, from the United States to India. She has had stand out moments such as rollerskating alongside the legendary Nile Rodgers, sharing the stage with Peaches in the 20th Anniversary 'Teaches of Peaches' tour, and showcasing her hula hooping skills at 'Machel Monday' - Trinidad’s largest concert.
Symoné has also graced West End stages, performing alongside notable figures like Chris Cox at The Palace Theatre and Oliver Award Winning Production, La Soiree at The Aldwych Theatre. She has collaborated with renowned artists/companies such as Instagram, Peaches, Jon Hopkins, Guinness World Records,, Kurt Geiger, Britain’s Got Talent, OMI and Paul Smith and featured in publications like Time Out, Instagram Editorial, Gay Times, QX Magazine and The Stage.
Symoné will be performing at THE HBBF GALA on Saturday 3rd May at Todmorden Hippodrome.
